Alpheon Corporation Acquires Network Management Partners, Inc.
Alpheon Corporation, the region’s leading provider of managed technology services, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Network Management Partners, Inc. (NMP) a Raleigh, NC-based technology services company.
The transaction results in a combined customer portfolio representing thousands of customer devices under Alpheon’s technology management services. The acquired customer base spans a variety of industries including healthcare, construction, engineering and professional services.
“This is a significant milestone for Alpheon,” said Greg Donovan, President and CEO of Alpheon. “The acquisition of NMP enables Alpheon to add a roster of valuable accounts to our customer base, continues to build on our market leadership position in the Southeast, and serves as a catalyst for future acquisitions and partnerships.”
John David Helms, President of Network Management Partners, and additional NMP personnel have joined Alpheon as a result of the acquisition. Helms will now serve as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Alpheon.
